For the fastest response, include your browser version, the page type you were reading, and what happened. Do not email private page text, passwords, or payment-card details.
Quick fixes
ChronoReader cannot read a page
Chrome blocks extensions on internal pages and the Chrome Web Store. On dynamic editors, select the exact passage, right-click it, and choose “Open this in ChronoReader.”
A purchase is not recognized
Open ChronoReader’s Pro screen, choose “Enter license key,” and paste the key shown after checkout.
Cancel or change payment details
Choose “Manage billing” in ChronoReader settings. Stripe’s customer portal lets you update payment details and cancel at the end of the billing period.
